Passed away peacefully on Friday16th December 2022 in the care of Macclesfield Hospital, a much loved wife, Mum and Grandma who will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
Funeral Service will take place at The Birches Crematorium on Thursday 17th January 2023 at 12 noon
Donations in memory of Hazel would be gratefully received towards Cancer Research.
